2025 Taupō Supercar Drivers Go Golfing at Kinloch

Three of the V8 Supercars’ biggest stars—Anton De Pasquale (decked in DeWalt racing colours), rising rookie Ryan “Woody” Wood (rocking bold orange), and local hero Andre Heimgartner (sporting fierce black/red)—recently swapped horsepower for golf carts at Taupo’s world-class Kinloch Club.

The trio tackled the legendary Jack Nicklaus-designed course, proving their competitive spirit extends far beyond the racetrack.

Anton, last year’s Jason Richards Memorial Trophy winner—for dominating the entire Taupo weekend; Andre, who clinched a thrilling Saturday race victory here in 2023, and Woody, New Zealand’s own fresh-faced talent, traded tire smoke for pristine greens ahead of April’s highly anticipated ITM Taupō Super400.

With two Kiwis in the mix (Andre and Woody), the home crowd is already buzzing for a showdown!

Beautiful and Secluded - The perfect place for a getaway. Service is top-notch, and the setting is exquisite. Having dinner here is a must - they have very talented chefs. The main lodge is so lovely, and it's a pleasure to relax with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing.
